Free Flow of Information Act - States that no person shall be required by the Congress or any court, grand jury, or administrative body of the U.S. to disclose any confidential information or the source of such information received, processed, or obtained by him in his capacity as a reporter, editor, commentator, journalist, writer, correspondent, announcer or other person engaged in the gathering or presentation of news for any newspaper, periodical, press association, newspaper syndicate, wire service, radio or television station, or any other news medium.
