A bill to provide to members of the Armed Forces and Federal employees who were in a missing status for any period during the Vietnam conflict double credit for such period for retirement purposes and certain additional pay and allowances, to provide such members certain medical benefits, and for other purposes.
Prisoner of War Bonus Benefits Act - Entitles members of the armed forces and Federal employees who were in a missing status for any period during the Vietnam conflict to double credit for such period for retirement purposes. Specifies additional pay and allowances and medical benefits to which such persons are entitled.
