A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code, to liberalize the provisions relating to payment of disability and death pension.

Increases payments in specified amounts to veterans under non-service-connected disability pension plans.

Increases pension payments to widows of veterans who at the time of death were receiving compensation or retirement pay for a service-connected disability. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 521(b),(c); 541(b),(c))
