A bill to amend the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 in order to terminate the oil import control program.

Provides that, on or after the effective date of this Act, no imports quota or other nontariff trade restriction may be imposed by or pursuant to law with respect to the importation into the United States of petroleum and petroleum products. (Adds 19 U.S.C. 1862(e))
