A bill to amend title 37, United States Code, in order to provide a special bonus for members of the Armed Forces of the United States who were held as prisoners of war during the Vietnam era.

Provides a special bonus for members of the Armed Forces of the United States who were held as prisoners of war during the Vietnam era. States that such bonus shall be in an amount not less than $1,000 or more than $10,000 to be determined by such factors as length of time spent as a prisoner of war, severity of circumstances while imprisoned, and pay grade during imprisonment.
