A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to provide that certain social security benefits increases provided for by Public Laws 92-336 and 92-603 be disregarded for the purposes of determining eligibility for pension or compensation under such title.

Stipulates that benefit increases under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance), provided for by Public Laws 92-326 and 92-603 be disregarded for the purposes of determining eligibility for veterans' pension or compensation.
