A bill to terminate the oil import control program.

Provides, under the Trade Expansion Act, that on or after January 1, 1975, no import quota or other nontariff trade restriction shall be imposed with respect to the importation into the United States of petroleum and petroleum products. (Amends 19 U.S.C. 1862)
