A bill to extend to certain recipients of annuity or pension under the Railroad Retirement Act the treatment accorded to certain social security recipients under section 249E of the Social Security Amendments of 1972.

Provides that recipients of annuity or pension under the Railroad Retirement Act shall remain eligible for medical assistance under title XIX of the Social Security Act despite annuity increases in 1972 that might adversely affect their eligibility. (Amends P. L. 92-603, Section 249E)
