A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide for cost-of-living increases in the benefits payable thereunder.

Provides for cost-of-living increases in the benefits payable under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance) whenever the Consumer Price Index raises by 3 percent or more in a calendar quarter.
