Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the city of Oakridge, Oregon, the sum of $13,016.62, representing the actual costs to that city of timely emergency work done by it during the flooding of Salmon Creek in January 1971.
