A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to correct inequities in connection with the loss by employees of entitlement to travel and transportation expenses under travel agreements which have expired while the employees remained on duty outside the continental United States, and for other purposes.

Requires Federal agencies to provide coverage for their employees for the loss by such Federal employees of entitlement to travel and transportation expenses under travel agreements which have expired while such employees remained on duty outside the continental United States due to agency error or delay in the granting of leave.
