A bill to amend the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946, to provide for annual reports to the Congress by the Comptroller General concerning certain price increases in Government contracts and certain failures to meet Government contract completion dates.

Provides for annual reports to the Congress by the Comptroller General concerning price increases in excess of 10 percent of the estimated cost in Government contracts and failures to meet Government contract completion dates by more than 6 months. (Amends 31 U.S.C. 607)
