A bill to authorize the Smithsonian Institution to plan museum support facilities.

Authorizes the Smithsonian Institution to plan museum support facilities, to be located upon federally owned land within the District of Columbia. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Act.
