A bill to amend the Judicial Code to provide for the transfer of grand jury proceedings where the convenience of parties or witnesses and the interests of justice so require.

Provides for the transfer of grand jury proceedings to any other district where it might properly have been convened where the convenience of parties or witnesses and the interests of justice so require. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 3329,3335)
