A bill to prohibit the sale of "Saturday night special" handguns in the United States.

Prohibits the sale of Saturday night special handguns in the United States. Defines such term as a handgun whose frame or receiver is a die casting of zinc alloy or any other material which has a melting temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 921(a)(21), 922(n))
