A bill to amend the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to require ticket agents to observe currently effective tariffs for air transportation; to grant the Civil Aeronautics Board access to certain records of ticket agents; and for other purposes.

Provides, under the Federal Aviation Act, that ticket agents observe currently effective tariffs for air transportation. Grants the Civil Aeronautics Board access to specified records of tickets agents. (Amends 49 U.S.C. 1373(b), 49 U.S.C. 1377(e))
