A bill to provide for the prompt resolution of certain disputes relating to Government contracts, and for other purposes.

Provides that the head of any department or agency of the Federal Government shall establish regional small contract claims divisions of the Board of Contract Appeals of that department or agency for the consideration of a final decision of a contracting officer or procuring agent in contract disputes involving up to $50,000 in amount.

Sets forth procedures to be followed by such divisions.
