A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide that the amount of the benefits to which an individual is entitled under the supplementary medical insurance program shall be subject to the same provisions relating to hearing and judicial review as the amount of an individual's benefits under the hospital insurance program.

Provides, under title XVIII of the Social Security Act (Medicare), that the amount of the benefits to which an individual is entitled under the supplementary medical insurance program shall be subject to the same provisions relating to hearing and judicial review as the amount of an individual's benefits under the hospital insurance program.
