A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to protect recipients of veterans' pension and compensation from having the amount of such pension or compensation reduced because of increases in monthly social security benefits.

Provides that in the determination of the annual income of recipients of vetetans' pensions and dependency and indemnity compensation the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs shall not reduce the amount of such pension or compensation because of increases in monthly social security benefits under Public law 92-336.
