To amend the Federal Meat Inspection Act to provide that certain meat food products are adulterated.

Specifies as adulterated, under the Federal Meat Inspection Act, any meat product which contains any lips, snouts, spleens, stomachs, ears, eyes, spinal cords, udders, melts, lungs, livers, cracklings or crackling meal, or tongues. (Adds 21 U.S.C. 601(m)(10))
