Specifies as adulterated, under the Federal Meat Inspection Act, any meat product which contains any lips, snouts, spleens, stomachs, ears, eyes, spinal cords, udders, melts, lungs, livers, cracklings or crackling meal, or tongues. (Adds 21 U.S.C. 601(m)(10))
