Provides for the disposition of funds appropriated to pay judgement in favor of the Ponca Indians of Oklahoma and Nebraska in Indian Claims Commission dockets numbered 322 and 324.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to prescribe necessary rules and regulations to carry out this Act.
