A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to provide that any social security benefit increases provided for by Public Law 92-336 be disregarded in determining eligibility for pension or compensation under such title.

Stipulates that benefit increases, under Title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance), provided for by Public Law 92-326 be disregarded for the purposes of determining eligibility for veterans' pension or compensation. (Adds 38 U.S.C. 415 (g) (4); 503 (d))
