A bill to provide that, after the signing of the agreement on ending the war and restoring peace in Vietnam, all U.S. military involvement in Indochina shall be prohibited.

Provides that, 60 days following the signing of the agreement on ending the war and restoring peace in Vietnam, all United States military involvement in Indochina shall be prohibited.
