A bill to provide for the conversion of dam No. 3 on the Big Sandy River in Kentucky to a fixed-type structure and the repair of the same, in the interest of water supply and other benefits to local interests.

Provides for the conversion of dam numbered 3 on the Big Sandy River in Kentucky to a fixed-type structure, and the repair of the same, in the interest of water supply and other benefits to local interests. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as necessary to carry out this Act.
