A bill to amend chapter 67 of title 10, United States Code, to provide an annuity for the dependents of persons who perform the service required under chapter 67 of title 10, United States Code, and who die before being granted retired pay.

Provides an annuity pursuant to the Retired Serviceman's Family Protection Plan for the dependents of persons who perform non-regular service required under such chapter and who die before being granted retired pay.

Provides that such annuity shall accrue as of the first day of the month following the month in which the person would have become 60 years of age had he lived. (Amends 10 U.S.C. 1437)
