A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for additional minimum amounts to which Federal employees group life insurance may be reduced after retirement, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Civil Service Commission to provide three additional plans for continuation of life insurance after separation from the Service: (1) a plan whereby the amount of insurance shall be reduced by 50 percent; (2) a plan whereby the amount of insurance would be reduced by 75 percent; and (3) a plan whereby the amount of insurance would not be reduced.
