A bill to amend the act of August 1, 1958, in order to prevent or minimize injury to fish and wildlife from the use of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other pesticides.

Requires the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to transmit to the Secretary of the Interior information as to how, in the use of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other pesticides, injury to fish and wildlife can be prevented or minimized.

Authorizes appropriations of $3,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 1974, 1975, and 1976, in order to carry out the provisions of this Act.
