A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that the remarriage of a widow, widower, or parent shall not terminate his or her entitlement to widow's, widower's or parent's insurance benefits or reduce the amount thereof.

Provides, under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance), that the remarriage of a widow, widower, or parent shall not terminate his or her entitlement to widow's, widower's, or parent's insurance benefits or reduce the amount thereof under title II of such Act.
