A bill to direct the Secretary of Transportation to make an investigation and study with respect to the feasibility of establishing a national system of scenic highways.

Directs the Secretary of Transportation to make an investigation and study with respect to the feasibility of establishing a national system of scenic highways, to be completed by January 1, 1975. Authorizes to be appropriated $250,000 from the Highway Trust Fund to carry out this Act.
