To amend the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to provide authorizations for appropriations for the Civil Aeronautics Board for fiscal years 1974, 1975, and 197.

Authorizes appropriations for the Civil Aeronautics Board of $74,800,000 for fiscal year 1974, $82,280,000 for fiscal year 1975, $90,400,000 for fiscal year 1976, and such sums as Congress may authorize for subsequent fiscal years. (Amends 49 U.S.C. 1371)
