Provides for the suspension of air transportation between the United States and foreign countries in cases of international aircraft hijacking where the President determines that such foreign country has willfully failed to return the hijacker to the country of origin, or has failed to take steps to assure the safety of the aircraft and its passengers and crew.
States that such supension shall continue until the resumption of air transportation will not result in danger to the safety of any aircraft operating in interstate and foreign air transportation.
