A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to direct the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to study the feasibility of broadening the purposes of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences to train civilian physicians to serve in medically underserved areas.

Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to study the feasibility of broadening the purposes of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences to train civilian physicians to serve in medically underserved areas, and provides for the submission to Congress of such report within one year of enactment of this Act.
