National Overseas Education Act - Creates within the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare a National Overseas Education Board consisting of 8 members having responsibility for the elementary and secondary eduction of overseas dependents of military and civilian personnel.
Gives the Board powers to carry out the provisions of this act.
Authorizes appropriations of such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
