To amend titles II and XVII of the Social Security Act to remove the earnings limitation, to permit benefit payments to a widower, parent or child despite his or her marriage if such marriage is annulled, to allow an individual to have military service excluded in the computation of his benefits in order to use such service for civil service retirement annuity, to provide coverage for certain teachers, to provide for payment of prorated benefits for the month in which a beneficiary (or the insured individual) dies, to permit State supplementary medical insurance coverage for certain services furnished an individual at his home by a medical technician or registered nurse.
Social Security Act Amendments - Removes the limitation on earnings for purposes of entitlement to benefits under titles II (Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act.
Permits benefit payments to a widower, parent, or child upon annulment of marriage or remarriage.
Allows an individual to have his military service excluded in the computation of his benefits under the Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance program so that he may use such service in computing his civil service retirement annuity.
Extends OASDI coverage for specified teachers.
Provides for the payment of prorated benefits for the month in which a beneficiary of the insured individual dies.
Permits State agreements under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act for hospital insurance coverage for the aged and disabled.
Provides supplementary medical insurance coverage for home services furnished under Medicare by a medical technician or registered nurse.
