A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to permit certain active duty for training to be counted as active duty for purposes of entitlement to educational benefits under chapter 34 of such title.

Permits periods of less than six months spent on active duty for training to be counted as active duty for purpose of entitlement to educational benefits for veterans who served in the Reserves or National Guard of any State after August 4, 1964. (Adds 38 U.S.C. 1661(a)(2))
