Provides that no employer shall be deemed to have violated the safety and health standards promulgated under the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1970 if the violation resulted safely from acts of his employees and the employer was otherwise in full compliance with the standards.
Provides that where violations are corrected within the prescribed abatement period no penalty shall be assessed.
Provides that the Secretary of Labor, in establishing education and training programs shall conduct orientation meetings of employers and employees when requested to do so by industry or labor groups.
