A bill to authorize an investigation and study of coastal hazards from offshore drilling on the Outer Continental Shelf in the Atlantic Ocean.

Authorizes an investigation and study by the National Academy of Sciences of coastal hazards from offshore drilling on the Outer Continental Shelf in the Atlantic Ocean. Authorizes appropriations of $500,000 annually for the fiscal year in which this Act is enacted, and for the succeeding fiscal year, in order to carry out the purposes of this Act.
