Provides for the annual authorization of appropriations to the U.S. Postal Service.
States that the Postal Service shall keep the appropriate House and Senate Committees fully and currently informed with respect to all activities and responsibilities within the jurisdiction of these committees. Requires any Federal agency to furnish any information requested by such committees relating to any such activity or responsibility. Adds 39 U.S.C. 2401(d)
