A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, in order to remove an inequity from the laws concerning medical care for dependents of members of the uniformed services.

Provides that when a member of the uniformed services dies while he is on active duty for a period of more than thirty days, his dependents who are receiving benefits for a moderate or severe mental handicap or a serious physical handicap shall continue to be eligible for such benefits until they pass their twenty-first birthday.
