A bill to amend the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of January 2, 1971 (Public Law 91-646).

Provides that nothing in the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act shall alter the percentage of Federal payment for any relocation assistance program in effect prior to the enactment of this Act, up to the maximum amounts authorized in those programs.
