A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 so as to permit certain tax exempt organizations to engage in communications with legislative bodies, and committees and members thereof.

Permits specified tax exempt private foundations to engage in communication with legislative bodies, and committees and members thereof, without being deemed to be attempting to influence legislation for purposes of the Internal Revenue Code. (Amends 26 U.S.C. 501 (f) (G))
