Provides necessary dental care for dependents of active duty members of the uniformed services.
Provides for payment by the Government of dental fees over $25 or over $10 for those under 15 years of age.
Sets guidelines as to the deductible provisions of insurance plans to cover the dental expense and provides that the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of HEW are to determine by joint regulation the amounts to be paid within these guidelines by the members in the various grades. Provides that such charges may not exceed 35 percent of the total charges for the types of care covered.
