Nonimmigrant Visa Act - Permits the Attorney General and the Secretary of State to issue regulations so as to permit aliens to enter the United States as temporary visitors for business or pleasure for a period of up to ninety days who are nationals of foreign governments now prohibited by the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Imposes a penalty of a two-year period of ineligibility for an immigrant visa on any alien who overstays or otherwise violates his status after admission to the United States as a nonimmigrant under this Act.
