A bill to require that certain textile products bear a label containing cleaning instructions.

Authorizes the Federal Trade Commission to require that textile products sold in commerce or imported into the United States bear a permanent label containing cleaning and laundering instructions.

Makes it an unfair method of competition or unfair practice to sell any textile product without such a label.
