A bill to provide for the conveyance of certain public lands in Klamath Falls, Oreg., to the occupants thereof, and for other purposes.

Provides for the conveyance by quitclaim deed of specified public lands in Klamath Falls, Oregon, to the occupants thereof. Stipulates that such conveyance shall constitute a complete and unconditional waiver of any and all claims against the United States arising from the use of the land by such occupants.
