Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate, and maintain the Polecat Bench area of the Shoshone extensions unit, Pick-Sloan Missouri program, Wyoming. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
