A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide medicare benefits (financed from general revenues) for disabled coal miners without regard to their age.

Entitles disabled coal miners, without regard to age, to hospital and supplementary medical insurance benefits pursuant to title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act.
