A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide the same tax exemption for servicemen in and around Korea as is presently provided for those in Vietnam.

Excludes from gross income, under the Internal Revenue Code, pay for service performed in the Republic of Korea, including the adjacent waters and the demilitarized zone: Provides that military service performed in the Republic of Korea shall be considered as service performed in a combat zone in which combatant activities are carried on.
