A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to eliminate the reduction in disability insurance benefits which is presently required in the case of an individual receiving workmen's compensation benefits.

Eliminates the reduction in disability insurance benefits under title II (Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act which is presently required in the case of an individual receiving workmen's compensation benefits for months after December 1965. (Repeals 42 USC 424 (a))
