A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, to provide that the Federal Government shall contribute one-third of the cost of financing the old-age, survivors, and disability insurance program and the hospital insurance program, with corresponding reductions in the contributions otherwise required of employees, employers, and self-employed individuals.
